Fabric has lots of stretch and can stretch more than the listed unstretched measurements. Stretched measurements are taken with the fabric pulled slightly but not to the max.  Double for all around measurements 

 

  • XS - Bust: 15" across unstretched, stretches comfortably to 19" across | Length: Approx. 15" from top of shoulder to back hem
