Dramatic, voluminous black maxi length dress with a super relaxed, roomy fit.  Features a deep scoop neckline, voluminous puff sleeves, and belt loops at waist with an adjustable/removable waist tie.  Pockets at sides. Pleated details at front.  Black colorway in a cool feelin' cotton/nylon/spandex blend. 

This baby is super oversized through the bust, waist and hips, so you can either wear it loose and free, or cinch at the waist with the removable tie belt, or add your own belt.

Intentionally oversized, roomy fit, but true to size. Could easily size down in this dress as it has a very wide, relaxed fit, but see measurements below for best fit! Taylor is 5'3 with a 25" waist and wears size XS.
