Super sweet, '90s-inspired mini dress featuring short puff sleeves, round neckline accented with black velvet ties down the front, and a stretchy V-shaped shirred bodice. Ruffled skirt with black eyelet trim. Royal navy and black colorway in a checked print. Textured/crinkle fabrication. 

Love this paired with black tights and mary janes or boots. Ties can also be worn untied for a more open neckline.

Runs fairly true to size with lots of stretch around the bodice. Taylor is 5'3 with a 30C bust, 24" waist and wears size XS.
